One fateful day in October of 1974, Dan entered this world. He grew up in NW New Jersey among the trees and farm animals of Sussex County. While attending high school and not knowing what he wanted to do afterwards, Dan was introduced to photography by Phil Hirleman. There was such a strong bond between his nose and the smell of fixer that he decided to attend the local community college as a photography major. After completing the program and getting his associates degree, he moved a little bit south and attended The University of the Arts in Philadelphia where he received his BFA in photography. Since then, Dan has continued taking photographs as well as pursuing a career in the graphic arts. He is now currently 32 years old and as addicted to taking photos as ever.
